Aubrey Plaza
Aubrey Plaza (born June 26 April 1984) is a stand-up actor and comedian, and is known for exuding her humor in a deadpan way. April Ludgate is her role in Parks and Recreation. She made her debut in the Jeannie Tate Show which is a web series that focuses on sketch comedy and improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater Plaza. Later in her career, she was a part of Judd Apatow Funny People, Scott Pilgrim and The World. Celebrate her birthday! Aubrey Christina Plaza is the daughter Bernadette Plaza of an attorney and David Plaza, a financial specialist. She was born in Wilmington Delaware. She is the daughter of Puerto Rican parents and an Irish-English mother. Plaza has graduated from a Catholic all-girls college in 2002, and then from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts in 2006. When she was in her senior year at her high school years, she was President of the Student Council at her all-girls Catholic school as well as a participant in Wilmington Drama League performances. Plaza was struck by a stroke while in her second year of the college. The result was an expressive aphasia aswell with a paralysis. The patient is now fully recovered. Plaza performed improv shows at Upright Citizens Brigade Theater, New York City since 2004.
